In this course, students will discover their personal leadership style, learn the fundamentals of chil-dren’s ministry leadership, and develop administrative and organizational skills. It will be a practical study of the key areas of Christian Education ministry, designed to equip children’s pastors to admin-ister effectively the day-to-day tasks of a typical children’s ministry.

MS-872:
The purpose of this course is to further prepare students biblically, theologically, and professionally to work with children in churches and parachurch organizations. Students will discover their personal leadership style, learn the fundamentals of children’s ministry leadership, and develop administrative and organizational skills. It will be a practical study of key areas of Christian Education ministry, de-signed to equip Children’s Pastors to administer effectively the day-to-day tasks of a typical children’s ministry.
