BI-343: Acts (M4)

An analysis of the book of the Acts of the Apostles emphasizing the birth and growth of the early church and its beginning expansion beyond Jerusalem. Attention is also given to the historical context, literary structure, and practical applications of their content for the church today.

Professor's Additional Comment

The book of Acts gives us the historical backbone for most of the rest of the New Testament. It does this by documenting how God worked through believers to spread the Gospel in the first three decades of the Church Age. It does this with an emphasis on the strategic aspects of the ministries of Peter and Paul. It will be our privilege to “walk along” with these two Apostles.
